KFC - Plattekloof Village

Hi,

I am extremely annoyed with the service from KFC - Plattekloof Village. I first sat for close to 5 minutes waiting to pay, then the woman told me that my card was declined... So she had to put the order though again, which i found quite bazaar as the payment had apparently declined. I still asked before giving her my card again if she is 100% sure that the payment was declined and she said yes. To top it off, none of the woman could provide me with a receipt...

I logged on to my internet banking shortly after and as suspected..... 2 amounts deducted...

Slow service, pathetic client service s****s and little to no training.

Please refund the amount as soon as you can.
