KFC plattekloof, the worst KFC in northern suburbs, but the best in plattekloof LOL

I placed my order quite clearly as everything including a side tub of mayo wasn’t missed in my order, however the lady taking my order forgot to add my dunked wings to the invoice. I then asked the manager to get my dunked wings and was willing to pay for it, I made my way to the empty till to make the payment and she then told me that i need to go stand back in que. Upon trying to make sense to her that i wouldn’t wait for something they ****ed up through human error, another staff member drops a cone on the floor, scoops the ice cream off the floor and throws it back in the top of the machine to mix with the rest of the ice cream and says that the ice cream machine cleans it again. I avoided going to KFC in Bothasig for better service, but seems plattekloof has dropped it standards with no regard for customer satisfaction and overal hygiene.
