KFC PLATTEKLOOF - TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

<p>We visited KFC plattekloof on the 10th February and as we placed our order we were told that the Zinger filets will take 10 minutes we then order another meal as we did not want to wait. we thought ok they were probably busy the evening. the following week we again visited the plattekloof branch. i entered the store onlyto be told that they were not 24 hours only the drive through,understable but that was not the trading hours on the door. we placed our order, two zinger meals. the lady said it will take 10minutes we again changed our order to the meal with the crunch burger and the wings. the lady said wimgs will take 10minutes so we waited as we did not want to compromise again. there were 3cars including us waiting on their orders. we waited 20minutes. we asked for white sauce on our burgers. when we checked at home no white sauce. as we were waiting on the cooldrinks we saw someone being served inside and that after i was told inside was closed. surely they should ensure that at all times they are prepared. i am very disappointed in this branch. agäin not a happy customer. staff should really be trained properly.</p>
