KFC Plattekloof fails again!

In the early hours of the morning, I headed to KFC Plattekloof (24 hour drive-thru). There I was met by Asanda (apparently she is the manager). After placing our order, we were advised that there is a 20 minute wait on ALL food (I thought I was heading to a FAST food restaurant). Rather than explain the delay in receiving the food, Asanda proceeded to conduct the interaction as if she'd never heard of customer service. Additionally, the so-called manager Asanda couldn't be bothered to know the product base or cost of anything in her franchise. Asanda ended up making the experience so unpleasant that one of her staff members (Grant) had to come in and try to salvage the situation. Although he cannot be faulted on the service he provided (as things would have gone so much better if he had greeted us rather than Asanda), it was unfortunately too little too late. We ended up leaving with no food and ironically, a bad taste in our mouths left by Asanda's complete incompetence in EVERY aspect of her job.
