KFC PINETOWN- MULTIPLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES

I have had many Horrific experiences with the KFC old main road, Pinetown, Durban. Their drivers are extremely rude and as for their food, it is PATHETIC. if they are not forgetting an item from the order, they are delivering burnt patties. I spoke to the manager Sifiso and received no Joy but we are paying for food/service that's a nightmare.
