KFC Pinehurst worst service ever!

I placed an order through UberEats at KFC Pinehurst this evening at 19h00. My order scheduled for delivery 19h45 latest arrival 19h55. This changed at 19h30 to 20h05, then at 20h03 it changed to 20h20 at 20h17 it changed to 20h30 and then at 20h28 it changed to 20h40. It’s not 20h38 and it just changed to 20h50! This is unacceptable! I understand that they’re very busy in this time, but orders should be prepared as they come in, not help the instore/drive through customers 1st and just keep moving the delivery orders! If I had known I was going to wait 2 hours for my food to be delivered I would’ve made something for my 2 year old to eat or go stand in the queue as it would’ve been faster if I just waited in line! The whole idea of ordering through Mr Delivery or UberEats is because it’s supposed to be faster and convenient!! Now she had to go to bed with a bottle of milk and no solid food because of KFC Pinehurst **** attitude & service!
