KFC pinehurst very disapointing

I am so unhappy. We are frontline healthcare workers. We have been supporting this KFC for a few years and this evening I was so disapointed. Ordered for a family of 6. Waiting almost 2 hours they let me know they do not have enough chicken for our order .. ok sending one burger in its place ... when recieving order ... no chips inlcuded - we paid EXTRA for the Large chips too... so I phoned ... they will send my chips on thursday .. oh my word!!! I have teenage kids that is hungry NOW not 2 days later. I am very upset ... always Raved about this KFC but I think its time to move on Very very upset .we had to make extra food and its after 20h00 ... we could have just made food ourselves
