KFC pine street

I am so angry right now due to people who do not know what is customer service. Around half past 1 I went to KFC in pine street to get somethin to eat cz was on lunch. Line was long but moving so I told my self I am goin to wait. At 13:50 they lady inform us they having load shedding at 2 so there is no meat ..I asked her wat can I buy that they have beside meat she is telling m they have nothing.

Bare in mind I am on lunch, what kind of business they running?? Did they not know they will have load shedding?? So i wasted my time standing there for nothing where else they got no food for me to buy ?She did not apologise for inconveniencing us she just said she was waiting for manager to tell her if they having load shedding.

They all don't knw wat customer service is mybe they need to go to the workshop n learn cz this is pure unprofessional, time consuming and nonsense
