Kfc Piketberg’s Bad Service

I was visiting Kfc Piketberg today and experienced (once again) the worst service ever. We went through the drive thru ,just stopped there and the lady on the phone asked how can she help,I said give me a second because I was checking the menu quickly. She respond with attitude that she is working on time and can’t wait.

When I got to the pay point I got out of the car and asked if I could please see the manager…manager not knowing I am standing by the window asked” wat nou weer” so I told her nie wat nou weer nie…that is not the way you treat your clients …she gave a lame excuse no apology or what so ever… Other times you have to reverse or they tell you to go stand in the parking and bring your food to the car because they are manipulating time. I have not experienced this”time” issue at any other Kfc branch yet.
