KFC Piketberg Western Cape ************* Service

I always buy from kfc in Piketberg Western Cape on my drive home from Cape Town to Klawer. It used to be good and service were OK. But today, 03 February 2021 I am very disappointed. I bought a 9 piece, 2 x regular gravies, 2 x regular chips, 4 x mini loafs, 2 x regular coleslaw and a strawberry milkshake. I even donated my R2 for the children fund. The lady behind the counter seemed to be frustrated when I asked questions about the size of the gravy and chips. Arriving at home, I found both gravies to be filled halfway!!! Is this what I paid for kfc??? Why must we always double check our orders before we drive off, cant we trust the people you employ (we used to check everything as this was not the first time we received the wrong orders, but I really trusted Piketberg KFC). I am very disappointed, and will think twice from buying there again. Wake up kfc, this cannot go on, where is the old kfc I used to know with the best chicken and service ever. You are driving your customers away.
