KFC Phoenix ************s

Had horibble experience at kfc phoenix today. They are advertising for meals when you request that particular meal they refuse to give it and say they are out of stock for the coke zero. I ordered for the big 6 special and they refused to give it to me because i know they are running a loss on that special. This has happened to me before at this particular store and as they always have the same excuse. I asked why are you still displaying the special if you dont have it in stock or cannot give the customer a suitable replacement for the missing product. It could have been any different flavour of cool drink or even from the soda machine. I requested to speak to a manager but the team member calls another team member who is serving at the counter and says this is the manager. I frequently buy from this store and could clearly see that this is not the manager as she was all lost and could not explain anything at all and it was clear that she is just covering for her co worker who didnt want to call the actual manager who is on duty. I was forced into purchasing a more expensive meal than what i came in there to buy
