KFC Phoenix Plaza sucks

I am so disappointed with Kfc Phoenix Plaza as I can't seem to get thru them and I called customer care and spoken 2 Amanda and this is a joke she said she can't do anything even though she said she can't help me with my order said I should send a complain thru This is so disappointing for KFC so now I must not support your guys must I try someone else I am not accepting this at all and I will go 2 the media and also take this up if I have 2 do So please do something before I change my Order going forward Would like 2 see what the CEO says about this and this is not the first time so I hope I won't be disappointed with the reply
