KFC PHOENIX : CUSTOMERS WAITING FAR TOO LONG FOR THEIR ORDERS

Previously when one visited a KFC store in SA , the staff that took your order , made your order , in other words the chicken pieces and chips were ready in the oven to be served. As soon as stocks ran low they were ready to be replenished . Other side items like burghers , mash and coleslow were made up by the kitchen which didnt take long , thus as soon as a customer walked in and ordered he was served immediatly . Why would anyone want to change a winning formulae. Some bright spark at KFC decided to change the system . Now an order must be placed, it goes onto a screen and it takes " donkeys years" to be made up and delivered from back to front . GO TO KFC PHOENIX on a sunday evening and witness the disaster first hand . CHAOS dela CHAOS. PLEASE WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE . GO BACK TO THE OLD SYSTEM .
