KFC Philip Nel

I went to the KFC on Philip Nel in Pretoria this evening and I bought a 6 piece family feast meal However I was given 5 pieces and this is not the first time I get less pieces then the meal I paid for at that exact KFC. The lady at the order receiving window in the drive through was so rude and then my pieces turn out to not be what I ordered.
