KFC Pelican Park/Grassy Park service sux

Order number 538 on 24January 2020, I bought a 10 piece Family Treat and got no fries with the meal, service is terrible and causing to buy elsewhere AND NOT KFC when its a busy period in the month. KFC Grassy Park in Cape Town same story. You go in a drive thru and have to park in the parking lot waiting on your chicken, I lost all faith in KFC with their poor service, so not enjoying this meal anymore with my family and friends.
