KFC PELICAN PARK. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER COME ACROSS!

I visited the KFC branch in PELICAN PARK yesterday and received the worse customer service from not one, but ALL the employee's assisting at the drive-thru! The employee behind the 1st window where I had to place my order did not greet but instead shouted at me asking "what do you want" I then responded and said I'm still checking the menu. She then very rudely said "are you done" and before I responded, she told me in a very rude and abrupt manner to move my car back because of her timer that's running. Firstly the timer running has nothing to do with a customer visiting the store. She then took the order and said next window and left. Not even a polite "thank you " or "is there anything else you'd like" I then I went to the pay window, again no greeting, she did not even tell me the amount I needed to pay but rather went on saying " We told you the timer is running" ... I had to ASK what the amount due was. Moved onto the collection window, again no customer centricity at all! But instead had the bag of food thrown at me through my window! and then she banged the window closed and left!

I have been a loyal KFC customer for years and I've NEVER experienced this kind of "I don't care" attitude from any KFC branch before. It is sad to say that this was the last time I purchase from KFC PELICAN PARK.

No customer centricity. No concideration for the client. Not an ounce of politeness. Absolutely shocking behavior from staff at the KFC PELICAN PARK branch.

I trust this matter will be dealt with accordingly.
