KFC Pelican Park

I ordered a simple street wise 2 for 4 people and was told there is a 10min delay at the second window. This was done after had paid and it was too late to cancel as there was a long line behind me. Well after about 10mins noticed patrons getting there meals while we that was told to wait and was still waiting. Since I was waiting in the drive through I decided I would go inside to enquire about our meal and was told it was still on its way. I continued to watch the shop empty as everyone else was getting there order except me. There was no Apologies for the delay. I waited for 30minutes before I had enough and demanded the manager who only then got our meals.

This is horrible service. From this kfc in pelican Park. Clearly got overwhelmedwhich I understand but there is no excuse for not acknowledging the oversight. They just stuck there heads in the sand. Poor customer service.
