Kfc peak time food rushed and not cooked properly kfc pavilion

I'm sorry to say this store is such a disappointment when it is busy food us rushed and u get raw food that's not cooked properly this has happened time after time and I feel that I really enjoy kfc but when things like this happens it puts me off totally and not wanting to ever buy from there again coz of the experience please can you guys fix this??
