KFC - pay => don't get food, don't get reply

Bought from the electronic Kiosk at Alzu Petroport on 20th Dec 2024. Waited 40 mins, did not see our order number come up on the screen. Asking revealed no one knew about the order. Left after waiting 50 minutes with no food. Decided to allow KFC to handle this issue. Sent a friendly email to their customer care. No answer, followed up 3 more times, no answer. Today I called their customer support. Realised their receipt link doesn't work so even trying to see what the amount was is not possible. Key takeaway : Don't trust KFC Kiosk, get physical receipts for everything.
