KFC PAY BACK MY MONEY

I purchased a meal that cost R69.90 from KFC but they told me my card declining but when I check the transaction went through they deducted three R69.90 which made a total of R209.70c from my money but I never receive any meal they said I should provide a proof and I did but I have not received my refund it's been three months now this incident took place on the 4th of August at KFC HAVEN HILLS EAST LONDON.
