KFC Pavillion - Extremely Poor Service & ******** Manager

To be honest KFC pavillion is not even worth the one star.

Here is my experience and kindly note that I am regular customer at KFC Pavillion.

On 17.10.2023 I went to KFC and placed an order in store during my lunch break at 13:12, i advised the cashier that i would becoming back to fetch my order. I returned to the store at 13:35 to collect my order. The cashier checked my receipt and confirmed my order was ready and stated that it was my order, she then proceeded to give my order away to someone in the que. When i questioned why she had done that she said that it was not my order after previously confirming it was my order. Thereafter they proceeded to make my order from scratch and bear in mind that this is my lunch time. The staff at KFC are extremely rude, insensitive and inconsiderate to say the least. I asked to speak to a manager (MaNkosi), who ignored my request and continued doing whatever she was doing. I understand that working in retail is extremely difficult and there are some situations out of control but in this case my order was given to someone else and in addition to this the manager outright ignored me. The customer service that we received was beyond poor, and as a manager she should have stepped up and tried to assist but its no wonder the staffs attitude stinks if that is their manager. I will not be returning to KFC Pavillion and I will advise other people who visit Pavillion in their lunch breaks to never go there as they are extremely inefficient.
