KFC Paulpietersburg Drive-Thru DISASTER

My family, together with the local community of Paulpietersburg (eDumbe) are and have been supporting our local KFC in Paulpietersburg often and on numerous occasions their Crusher/Ice-Cream machine is out of order. And another very annoying thing is that they do not honor the "Drive Thru" at all......whenever you order via the Drive-Thru they would ask you to go wait in the Parking lot, they will bring your order there. Now what is the purpose of the Drive-Thru then?????
