KFC Pathetic Service

Place an online order for collection at KFC Meyerton. Was earlier to collect as time indicated on app. Staff are not extremely helpfull and while try to indicate that it is a online order, a person gets ignored by Anna and Predunce, they will help other people that came after us, but issued before us. Why do the effort of having an online service if it is total useless, Got my order after45min waiting and food are cold. Tell me if I shuold take my 250.00 order to an nother fastfood outlet
