KFC PATHETIC SERVICE

I ordered food via the app on Sunday. And collected it at KFC kalahari mall. When I got home my food was stail.. my wings was short. I called them no answer. I mail kfc and they respond with they will call me.. they never do.. I get a text saying I should call them!!! I call them and the advisor I spoke to just said sorry and she going to send me a voucher via text. I call back today and speak to another advisor that says I should be looking at the terms and conditions on the kfc website!!!!! What a joke!! How when I ordered on the app. ?!? This is the worst service ever!!! No help.. pathetic customer service..!! I’ll never buy there again..
