KFC Pathetic Service

Made a purchase at KFC Lenasia South. Waited longer than 2 hours for food. Upon arriving home half the items weren't packaged. Couldn't go back as the store was closed. Contacted them telephonically nothing came of it not even an apology. Tried using social media as a contact means still nothing from head office. Totally disgusted and will never refer anyone to make a purchase there no matter how hungry they may be. Beyond pathetic and to top it off nothing has been done about it to this day
