KFC - Pathetic service!

It's unbelievable that one can experience such horrible service within 3 days of each other in two completely separate branches!

Trinity Village branch: I bought some chicken and specifically asked for no wings, yet people fulfilling the order seem to have deliberately put in two wings. In addition, the other pieces of chicken were completely tiny yet KFC charges per piece!

Randburg Malibongwe branch: This morning I waited more than ten minutes at the drive through window for my order! When I finally did receive my order, it was missing one of the items. People behind me were also incredible irritated. This is a 24 hour branch and I cannot fathom how food was not ready at 9am in the morning.
