KFC pathetic as always

Today before work we stopped at KFC in Meyerton to get lunch for work. I overheard the lady in front of us complaining that they don't have ice cream (no surprise there)... But of course today they were out of cold drinks, therefore any combo meal had to come without it, problem is, they refuse to deduct the costs from the price. You still have to pay for the drinks you're not getting. So the other day they didn't have CHICKEN, they never ever have ice cream, and today they don't have cold drink, therefore you can't order any combo's (note that the drinks are nearly as expensive as the food, so I refuse to pay that much money for something I'm not getting). I've posted about them so many times. Noting seems to be helping. I've even posted 2 or 3 times on behalf of other people. PATHETIC. And above all the staff are extremely rude, always!
