KFC Pathetic

Good evening. Today I heard kfc Oudtshoorn is open. I was so happy. My husband and i buy kfc 3/4 times a month. Show my picture to the team. And they will tell you yess. Today since 13:30 I "phoned" kfc. For the whole afternoon the line was busy. My husband tried from his work phone. Now oudtshoorn is not that big it is impossible to be that busy. But 17:00 I sent my husband to kfc since my brother bought kfc at the store after I told my brother kfc was open. No problem. But when my husband arrived at 17:00 there were "workers" but nobody helped. He must "phone"' . Now thats impossible. He phoned while watching the "staff" they were there but nobody answered. This is pathetic. Dont offer an service if you cant provide. I will keep complaining I will hello peter kfc I will give word of mouth till I get an apology. My money matter. I matter.
