Arrived on your drive thru at 18:30PM to place an order; order counter advise that no card facility is available and that I should place an order park in the parking bay and make payment and collect in store. Arrive in the store to 12 angry clients and only 2 x attendants serving customers and rushing like mad people to get customers orders out. Ask for management after standing in the que for 20 minutes only to be told that no order is received. Walk outside to same person to query order only to be run over by another angry customer that has been messed around by your staff white mercedes Bens A class. I got up and walked away from your pathetic store. You will not get a cent from me again; your store lacks basic ability to provide a basic paid service to your consumers and I cannot understand how you are still in business. Very dissapointing ...
