KFC PATHEC SERVICE!!!

I ordered Saturday online for me and my colleagues the order amounted to R300 and something, page kept on refreshing and never gave me the info on delivery, long story short they took my money and I never received anything. I called them and the lady was very rude and not interested who logged a case for me and sent me the case no and advised me of the 7-14 days, called the second time the guy went silent disconnected and I tried again, spoke to the guy who I couldn’t hear and he transferred me to the line again and lastly the lady I spoke tried calming me down but still couldn’t assist and their turn around time frame was 7-14 days for a refund to be processed. My question is if I place an order it’s because I wanna eat and why am being told 7-14 days like how is that fair on me???! And to call only to be told there’s nothing they can so is very upsetting. KFC IS VERY INCONSIDERATE TO US!!!!
