KFC passing off refried old wings?

We had a truly awful experience at KFC Rosmead Ave, Cape. They got our order wrong. There was no chips with the Streetwise 2. There was "Mayo" on the burger when we had specified "no mayo". The mash and gravy was liquid, spreading over my plate when I decanted it?! The normal wings were good, but the dunked wings were like biltong. I believe they were trying to pass off old wings as they are smothered in sauce. I have also experienced these awful refried or reheated dunked wings at the KFC in Boksburg a couple of times. I won't go back to either of them again. In fact, I think my KFC days are over.
