KFC Parys drive through made us wait for food for 30mins

KFC Parys drive through made us wait for food for 30mins. When we ask the staff members what is causing the delay they all run to the back, kitchen. We asked for the manager, some guy then told us he is the manager as he is walking away from us. Very rude staff that cannot even address customers. Our order was number 514 on the 27th of September.
