KFC PARYS BAD ECPERIENCE!!!

I had a very bad experience with kfc Parys,i placed an order on ther 2nd of march,paid with my debit card only for them to tell me it had declined,i showed them on my phone that it went through and money was dedicted from my accout,they told me they got an error message of an offline decline,i was being helped by sibongile who seemed clueless as the person sje called to help me out,her name is Sophie..she then told me the money will be reversed on that very same day,if it does not i can come back for a refund.i paid again and this time it went through. K went home and the money never came back,i went to kfc on the 3rd and i was told sophie did not explain well,i have to wait atleast a day or two if the money does not come through should come back then headoffice will be called. I just want my money back not this nonsense im being told,KFC PARYS PLEASE PAY ME
