Kfc parys

Bought KFC at Parys on the 15 Aug 2023. Their card issued a slip that stated the transaction was declined and i called the manager which stated we should retain the slip and bring it back for refund if the transaction pass. I did that and the manager named Buzi refused to pay back the money and demanded a bank statement

Very poor attitude and no customer service
