KFC PAROW- I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I've had it with KFC in Parow Centre Cape Town. Yesterday I went back to the Manager (Eben) to show him my Money hasn't yet reflected back on my card!!

He is telling me stories about waiting for the 48 hours and some days!! That never applies on reversals, as I also work on retail!

Something must be done today. I want my money back!!
