KFC Park Station service is BAD!

I ordered streetwise 2 at KFC in Park Station from a lady called Nobuhle at around 20h10 then I came back around 20h45 knowing that my order is ready but it was not, it seems like they gave my order to someone else and i was offered something I didn't order and with attitude.
