KFC PANORAMA horrible service

KFC panorama is an excuse for a drive through since they have moved to their new location the service is so bad the staff are on another level of don’t care we ordered 1 regular chips and a krusher we had to go inside as the drive through was so full 30 minutes for these 2 items than on the 30th of January ordered streetwise 2 pap only 40 minutes in the drive through before this another customer is telling other customers on the outside don’t even waste your time as this kfc we have been waiting for over an hour what’s the point of a drive through and then the staff are laughing at customers frustrations how rude and disgusting
