KFC Pan Africa worst customer service and

I am not sure if KFC Pan Africa does not respect customer or what as on Friday afternoon one cashier and one server who was taking orders out while the queue was insane took me 25 minutes to order and 40 minutes to get my order a s already the order was very cold as only two people were working in the front while other are just pacing at the back
