KFC Palms Pretoria West - BAD SERVICE

Ordered two Very Berry Crushers online. I sent someone to go collect. When they get there, they are told that they do not have Krusher. When we enquire how will we get our refund since we paid online, no one was willing to attend to us. I was on the line with the person I sent, I could hear on the background when one of the staff was saying no one is willing to come. Everyone was running away. Are those not *********** staff? Ignoring a customer like that? I then had to call them again to enquire, only then they attended to him and just told him they'll call me. Still waiting for them to call me and explain the process going forward. The service was totally unacceptable. For someone to wait for so long just to be told we'll call the customer. How do you waste someone's time like that? 3 days later, still nothing from them, no call, no refund,nothing . They told me that the Manager Nicolas will be calling me and dismissed me like that.
