kfc palm springs mall cashiers are very RUDE

I Am highly disappointed by the customer service I got at KfC palm springs mall (Vaal) The customer service is very poor to a point that am questioning my self if the manger working there is fit enough for that job I had to wait for more than 2 hours for my order on Saturday while people who ordered before me got they orders before me I had to scream and shout before I got my order , but the most sad full part was two ladies who work there were very rude towards Me and other clients ,cashier names thokozile and rethabile , both of them had the nerve to tell us that they can give us our money back They not robots ,they tried it is month end we can not push them around as if they report to us , thokozile even add that we can not be clients who Wants special treatment ,both of the even spoke in vernacular language stipulating that we better not talk much because we don’t know what they do to the orders or people who talk a lot like us ,am highly disappointed by KFC and its employees I don’t ever see my slef eating KFC ever again ,even my small son said to me daddy those two ladies are rude , I as a person who deals with customer service queries on a daily basis is hopping that this issue will be resolved and Am hoping the get feed back taken on both those cashiers and hoping to get report on what will be done to improve the customer service at KFC PALM SPIRGS MALL Physical Address.
