KFC Palm Court prepares food like it’s for dogs

I’ve just had a ********** encounter at KFC Palm Court, Weltevreden Park. First I had to turn back from my car to tell them the nuggets I had ordered are missing from my food. As I get home to dine with the family, I notice my Boxmaster has one fillet instead of the two I had ordered. The way I was fuming, I drove 5km back to the store to let them know. This lady apologises and gives me a fillet in a small white paper bag and says she can’t put it inside my boxmaster because it will tear up. My goodness I ordered a boxmaster with two fillets, if I wanted it on the side I would’ve ordered extra chicken. Needless to say they messed up my whole dinner- I asked for zinger fillets with zinger sauce but I got colonel fillets. What a disgrace and I’m never setting foot in there again. The worst part about ALL of this is that this is not the first time I get this service from the very same store. Sometimes they mess up breakfast or make you wait 20 minutes and soften you up with a horrible cup of coffee
