KFC Palm and Uber eat driver worst and hungriest experience

Placed an order via the app with KFC Palm.

After 2 hours of seeing that the app said that a driver still needs to pick up.

Went to the KFC Palm in Pretoria telling me that Uber eat collected my food. But the Uber not picking up the phone and not communicating. Si KFC said I need to cancel and I will be refunded. I can place a new order with them.

1. Where is the KFC delivery and why are the using Uber eat? 2. If I wanted a Uber eat driver to collect my food then I would have ordered via Uber eat. 3. Why did the system not update that my food is collected by a driver? 4. 3 Hours still and my order states the driver is collecting my order from KFC. 5. If this was my last cent that I spend and I am hungry now. Then I would have not been able to refund.

KFC Palm and this Uber eat driver. Will not make use of your services again.
