KFC OWES ME MONEY

On the 5th of December 2021, I ordered online from KFC Ushaka Island. 2 minutes before my order was set to arrive at my location, they canceled the order and promised to reverse my money. its now a month month later and still no sight of my money. Not only did I go to bed hungry due to their inconvenience but I'm still without my money. I did report the matter to their customer care Centre, they only provided me with a case number and I never heard from them. I kept following up, still no word.
