KFC overport (shell garage)

KFC overport Truly a waste of time going to this store. On Saturday 25th January before 12pm We ordered 4 box meals that comes with a fountain drink. After placing our order we were told that the soda fountain machine is not working and our drinks would be upgraded to a buddy. Just before payment the cashier tells us that we would need to pay extra for the drinks, so I asked her why do we need to pay extra if the store cannot supply the recommended drink as our meals come with it. So I asked her to omit the drink and I will just pay for the meal alone and she tells me she will still charge me full price without the drink. Absolutely ridiculous service
