KFC OVER CHARGES AND *****S FROM CLIENTS

Second time Uber Eats have failed me with a KFC order. First restuarant was in Kenngsington South Africa. Order was not complete when delivered. I had to drive to the actual store to get my order completed, the store blamed the Uber driver. Second restaurant was this evening in Orange Grove Johannesburg, placed the order via Ubereats, order took more than an hour from time of delivery and once again order was not complete. NO SUPPORT FROM THE STORE AS THEY DONT ANSWER THE LANDLINE NUMBER. AND NO SUPPORT UBER OR THE UBER DELIVERY GUYS. Dont you check the order when collecting or releasing to ensure the order is complete???? I had to phone KFC for support which is nonsense as I am over charged from UBER as the menu prices are highly inflated from what it is in the store. And to add insult they ***** FROM A PERSON. I WILL NEVER USE UBER OR UBER EATS AGAIN AND SO GOES FOR KFC. LOST A CLIENT TONIGHT. I will also ensure my family, friends and colleagues gets to hear about this theft uber is doing.
