KFC Oudthoorn (Voortrekker Rd)

I want to express my disappointment regarding the service I received at your branch on 23 Nov 2024.

I arrived at the drive-thru around 23:12 and only left at 00:24, spending over an hour waiting in line. -The speaker for placing orders was out of service. -The second window, where payments are usually made, had no cashier available. -I was eventually helped at the final window, where I placed and received my order. This delay, combined with the poor attitude of some staff members (one or two were friendly, though), made the experience very unpleasant. It's clear that operations need improvement, especially during late hours.

I hope you’ll address these issues to ensure a better experience for all customers.
