KFC Ottery Putrid Customer Service

Me and my friends went to KFC Ottery next to China Town on the 16/01/2021 , with the intention to get something to eat , seeing that it was almost 7 the night. Upon our arrival the place was packed as usual and we were willing to wait , because we always go to this KFC., cos it's convenient and close to home Me and my friend went to stand in the long que , was standing for 30 minutes when they informed us that we will have to wait for an hour for the chicken to be ready , so we asked but why were we not informed immediately when we entered the premises at this point the customer in front of us also became agitated cos he was was also standing there for quiet some time , then the Manager in charge came with attitude saying that there is nothing at the moment and we must just wait , while rolling her eyes , I will never support Kentucky again , I am very disappointed at the level of service that we got from KFC Ottery will advised all my friends and family not to go there any more.
