KFC Ottery *********** staff

I've been a customer of KFC in Ottery, Cape Town for a few years. On numerous occasions the kitchen staff get the packing of my order incorrect. Yesterday the 22/6/2021 was the last straw. I ordered a zinger nugget box, which comprises of a small zinger burger, a medium chips, 4 zinger nuggets and a cool drink. When I unpacked, to my dismay I found no burger, but a box of 9 nuggets, a medium chips, a cool drink and a mini loaf of bread. This is total ridiculous as this has now become a regular occurrence at KFC Ottery. I've emailed KFC's head office but have not yet received a response from them.
