KFC Ottery disgusting service

To whom it may concern,

I am extremely dissatisfied with your Ottery branch. Your supervisor Amanda nogege is extremely rude and knows absolutely nothing about customer service. Your cashier captured my order incorrectly and this was only seen at the collection window. when I politely requested this to be fixed, I was told to go through the drive through again to pay the difference or I must get out of my car and walk back to the 1st window to go pay. This is absolutely disgusting service and if your cashier waited to hear what I was ordering before screaming over her microphone during me placing my order, this could have been avoided. I have worked in customer service my entire career and as a manager, I am absolutely disgusted by Amanda and how she treated me as a customer!
