KFC Ottery

This is by far the WORST KFC i have ever seen!!!

i sat in the drivethru for over 30 min to get my kids an icecream, only to get to the front and the lady says that the machine isnt working.

I ask the lady why dont you guys put a sign as you about to enter to let the clients know and aggressivley she responds "I DONT NO" then rolls her eyes and look away.

all this KFC does is respond "Sorry " if a response is even received. im done with all KFC's , the staff is unprofessional and this proves that they dont value there clients. Take that R2 for hope and train your staff!!!!
